The Client: DWS Global is a leading provider of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software services and products. DWS creates EnterpriseOne testing products that assist clients with implementations and upgrades. These products include Dimension SwifTest, Dimension Focus, and Dimension LoadTest, and work with customers uniquely implemented systems in evaluating the changes between releases and increasing the speed of testing.

The Problem: As a company DWS has focused its energy on the development of great offerings that assist clients but needed a solution to help teach their customers to use their products. There is a learning curve on the front end of using the Dimension SwifTest, Dimension Focus and Dimension LoadTest products and the instructional element had fallen on their developers to teach their customers. iLearnERP came on board to create a solution to remove the burden of teaching the products to new users on the DWS developers.

The Solution: DWS partnered with iLearnERP to create a solution to solve the challenge of teaching their customers in an engaging yet effective manner. A multi-phase project was created to begin with DWS’ SwifTest product and use micro learning videos to teach the functionality of the product and implement the courses into their custom DWS branded Learning Management System (LMS).  iLearnERP created the new LMS site for DWS initially with the SwifTest product and then began to expand to the additional products.
