iLearn-DAS-Logo-Green-i-WebIt’s been an exciting year with the ReportsNow tool, Data Access Studio (DAS). Our latest webinar called, What’s New in DAS 6.0 in 2015, wrapped up the year by highlighting the new features available with DAS 6.0.X releases. If you are a subscriber and missed this session, click here to watch to see if you are making the most of DAS by using the latest features!

Some of the most exciting feature changes this year have been in Automatic Presentation, from presenting to Excel so that you can chart or create formulas, to improvements in data tracking, to creating dynamic styles. Another new feature is the ability to combine data from any data source. This means users can now more easily link to non-JD Edwards data, even combining multiple sources into one report. Users can also now look up non-JDE data using the Table Lookup calculation.

Our next week of DAS webinars is coming up fast on Monday, January 11th– Friday, January 15th. If you are a subscriber, don’t forget to register here. Learn the basics or brush up on advanced features. On Friday, January 15th our feature sessions will be on how to get the most out of Drill Down and Bring Back. Drill Down is the ability to have DAS open a table with additional and supporting detail for a value you are focused upon in your report. Bring Back is very similar to Drill Down but creates Table Lookup calculations for you so that you can preserve the links to the detailed data.

We are looking forward to another exciting year of training, learning, and exploring the best ERP solutions with our subscribers! Happy New Year!
