The Client: Pinal County is located in Florence, Arizona and is the state’s third most populous county.
The Problem: Pinal County government needed a cost-efficient way to enhance JDE training for end users and business analysts, power users, and team leads in several county government departments, primarily Finance and Human Resources. It also needed a quick path to training new employees on Employee Self Service topics in JDE.
The Solution: iLearnERP worked with Pinal County to implement the customizable component of our comprehensive JDE training universities by building custom learning paths from EOne Academy and End User Academy courses, and to build and add trainings specific to Pinal County learners and processes in the existing systems. This enables Pinal County employees to access custom and standard JDE training resources in one place.
The Result: Through iLearnERP’s EOne Academy and End User Academy, Pinal County provides JDE EnterpriseOne training to power users and end users across different county government departments.
