The Client: JLG Industries is an Oshkosh Corporation Company that is the world’s leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer in access equipment. JLG Industries has a diverse product portfolio that includes the JLG mobile elevating work platforms, JLG and SkyTrak telehandlers, and an array of complementary accessories that increase the versatility and efficiency of these products.
The Problem: JLG previously used a green screen environment and recently upgraded to the new Power-Link XA ERP system. JLG subsequently needed support for information for business process procedures, system steps, scripts, and process flows for the sprint cycle of JLG Project Next. Each sprint cycle required specific course design and content development to support the change impact. The new Power-Link XA ERP training also needed to be available to current employees and to any future employees. JLG desired a modern platform for training each department and to more seamlessly manage training.
The Solution: iLearnERP provides support for the Agile rollout of JLG Project Next through a sprint cycle of training development and deployment that is delivered via a web-hosted LMS. eLearning and classroom delivery materials are developed specifically for each sprint initiative, and iLearnERP continues to work with JLG’s team to develop training materials for the LMS that include videos, tutorials, downloadable documents, and knowledge checks to support the Power-Link XA ERP system.
