Women Leading the Future of ERP and Technology
Every year on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the achievements of women around the world and recognize the progress being made toward greater equity in every industry. In technology, where innovation moves quickly and change is constant, the contributions of women continue to shape the future of how organizations work, build, and grow.
At iLearnERP, we believe that strong communities are built through diverse perspectives, mentorship, and the willingness to support others along the way. That belief was on full display when our own Elizabeth Schriefer was recognized for her leadership within the Oracle and JD Edwards community.
A Leader in the JD Edwards Community
During the BLUEPRINT 4D conference last year, Elizabeth was honored with the Quest Spirit of Service Award for her outstanding contributions to the Quest Oracle community. She also served as keynote speaker and panel facilitator for the Women in Technology luncheon, an event focused on celebrating leadership, mentorship, and the growing impact of women across the technology landscape.
Elizabeth’s journey reflects the kind of leadership that truly moves industries forward. Through her work at iLearnERP, she has helped organizations navigate complex ERP transformations, guided teams through change, and mentored professionals across the JD Edwards ecosystem. Her recognition highlights not only her accomplishments, but the broader importance of visibility and representation in technology leadership.
Why Representation Matters
The IT industry has historically seen fewer women represented in technical and leadership roles. But that story is evolving. Moments like Elizabeth’s recognition remind us that progress is happening, and that the next generation of women entering technology can see new possibilities for their careers.
When leaders share their experience, mentor others, and help create opportunities, they make the industry stronger for everyone.
Empowering People Through Learning
At iLearnERP, our mission goes beyond software training. Our goal is to empower people to succeed through knowledge, collaboration, and continuous learning. Through programs like EOne Academy, Learn It Live, and our community engagement across events and user groups, we work to create spaces where professionals can grow their skills and confidence.
Supporting the advancement of women in technology is part of that commitment. By fostering inclusive environments and encouraging mentorship, we help ensure that more voices and more perspectives continue shaping the future of ERP and enterprise technology.
Celebrating the Women Shaping the Future
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the leaders, mentors, innovators, and learners who are helping move the technology industry forward every day.
At iLearnERP, we are proud to stand alongside professionals like Elizabeth and the many women across the JD Edwards and Oracle community who are breaking barriers, building legacy, and inspiring the next generation of IT leaders.
