Learn it Live: Supplier – Customer Master – Address Book Basics

During this session on September 26th, we will review a set up of Supplier/Customer Master records and their related Address Book records. We will also discuss how AP and AR information defaults in from Supplier or Customer Master records as a key time saver within the JDE EOne system. We further review how the Item Cross reference program can benefit Supplier/Customer records, and how Processing Options rely on accurate Customer and Supplier Master records.
