The Client: Source Office and Technology is a workflow efficiency partner and office supplies wholesaler. Based in Colorado, they have grown to be the region’s largest independent Office Supply and Print Services dealer, with additional facilities in Wyoming and Atlanta. Source offers dedicated customer service representatives and account managers to provide a personalized level of expertise and support to their customers.

The Problem: Source was implementing a new ERP system, Microsoft Navision, to replace their current legacy system and required project management, training, communications and change management efforts to support this change.

The Solution: iLearnERP provided experienced resources to assist with the overall execution of the project that included strategic guidance and day-to-day administration. We helped to assess current business trends and drivers affecting the implementation of the new software, provided internal and external communication as part of the change management program that focused on the customer and employee experience, improved data integrity, process improvement and the introduction of new technologies. iLearnERP also designed and provided training on the new software to all parts of the organization for a successful go-live.
