iLearnERP 2025 Year in Review: A Year of Learning, Community, and Momentum

We’re taking a moment to reflect on 2025 – a year defined by growth, connection, and a shared commitment to learning. From expanding our training academies to showing up in person for the JD Edwards and Oracle community, this year was about more than milestones, it was about people.

Here’s a look back at what made 2025 such a meaningful year at iLearnERP.

Showing Up for the Community

One of the highlights of 2025 was reconnecting face-to-face with the community we serve. This year, iLearnERP attended and sponsored 17 in-person events, including two of the most impactful conferences in the JD Edwards ecosystem: Blueprint and INFOCUS.

These events continue to be invaluable opportunities to listen, learn, and collaborate, whether through user group discussions, hallway conversations, or hands-on sessions. The relationships built at these events reinforce why community matters so much in enterprise learning.

We’re also excited to share that iLearnERP will be returning to both Blueprint and INFOCUS in 2026, and we can’t wait to continue the conversations, connections, and collaboration ahead.

Learning at Scale: The EOne Academy in Action

At the heart of everything we do are our training academies: EOne Academy, EOne End User Academy, and ReportsNow DAS University, designed to support learners at every stage of their JD Edwards journey.

In 2025, our EOne Academy Users alone completed an incredible 9,538 courses across our academies, reflecting both the depth and diversity of learning happening every day.

  • 1,259 courses in Distribution
  • 924 courses in Manufacturing

These numbers tell a powerful story. Learners aren’t just focused on foundational skills, they’re diving into automation, orchestration, reporting, and new release readiness to future-proof their environments and teams.
